Analogue electronics
At BLS, our skilled engineering consultants can assist you with all your analogue electronics needs. We have a wealth of experience in designing analogue electronic systems for a wide range of applications in a variety of sectors.

Our analogue electronics precision measurement services include:

Electronic circuit simulation
We can support you with detailed electronic circuit simulation that allows us to fully explore the detailed operation of all the components in the analogue electronics. We use tools such as SPICE and MATLAB to create the circuit simulation model.

Once the model has been created, we use these tools to carry out further detailed analysis of the system, including frequency domain analysis, transfer curve analysis, noise analysis, transfer function analysis and transient analysis.

Low-noise analogue circuit design and layout
When dealing with precision measurements, excluding noise from your analogue signal is often critical. Through detailed analysis of the anticipated incoming signal, we can carefully select the components in the system to ensure that they operate optimally and do not introduce any extra noise.

We also analyse the power supplies and their surrounding components to ensure that we do not inadvertently add extra noise to the system. Finally, we are able to lay the design out in a way that reduces the potential for noise interference from other circuitry.

Tolerance analysis
We can also assist with tolerance analysis. This is often an overlooked aspect when it comes to designing precision measurement electronics, but it plays an important role.

Our skilled consultants are able to analyse your circuit to understand how the tolerance of the different selected components may affect the signal. We look at the tolerance changes of the operational temperature range of the product too.
